    THE REASON YOU WAKE UP

    The Marketing Analyst will help steer Vology’s dynamic marketing team, providing leadership and developing the strategic direction, programs and deliverables to drive brand awareness, support sales objectives and achieve Vology’s goals.  The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, multi-faceted marketing campaigns targeting the appropriate markets to support the company’s overall growth strategy.  Initiatives include cost-effective and relevant marketing strategies and plans, driving strategic partner relationships through the effective management of MDF (marketing development funds), demand generation, coordinating with Sales to define needed marketing materials and sales tools, web and video content generation, and effective channel relationship management.  The Marketing Analyst will also be responsible for the creation and distribution of internal employee communications via video production.

     

    DEFINING SUCCESS

    • Develop, implement and execute the marketing strategy to drive new and existing customer growth and revenue
    • Drive the creation of effective e-mail marketing campaigns, database marketing, web content generation including videos, testimonials and other content, and developing sales tools
    • Create and distribute regular internal video communications from the CEO and other senior executive leadership
    • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key vendors and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis, track campaign ROI, provide trend reporting on lead generation, net new customer reporting, and various ad hoc reporting as needed
    • Define, direct and oversee 3rd party marketing programs
    • Interface with Sales leadership for lead tracking and management and development of sales tools
    • Aid in the development of, and oversee, the marketing budget and track metrics and success criteria for marketing programs and activities ROI
    • Through interaction and general awareness, proactively develop ideas to support new sales initiatives

     

    GETTING THROUGH THE DOOR

    • BS/MS in a related field
    • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing and/or channel marketing
    • Proficiency with a Marketing Automation System (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua), and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
    • Strong attention to detail, willingness to promote new ideas and carry projects through to completion, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
    • Proven leadership and project management skills. Need to work well in a team setting with strong interpersonal skills
    • Experience with vendor and partner/channel relationships, requires strong conviction and confidence in driving marketing initiatives
    • Experience planning and implementing multi-year aggressive marketing plans
