The Lead Development Representative will generate a pipeline of qualified leads through sources including all forms of inbound and outbound marketing. The Lead Development Representative will follow up on leads, responding to customer and prospect inquiries, conducting research, and communicating with the prospect in order to identify opportunities within our target markets. The Lead Development Representative will use a high-touch, strategic approach to identify decision makers at prospect organizations and qualify the prospect for futher Sales interaction. Once qualified, the Lead Development Representative will initiate and schedule an introduction between our Sales Executive and the prospect. The Lead Development Representative will continue to assist the Sales Executive with follow up communication to the prospect throughout the sales cycle where necessary.
The Lead Development Representative is responsible for supporting our Sales organization and assists in expediting the sales process by developing qualified leads for our Sales Executives.
