  • Overview

    The Lead Development Representative will generate a pipeline of qualified leads through sources including all forms of inbound and outbound marketing. The Lead Development Representative will follow up on leads, responding to customer and prospect inquiries, conducting research, and communicating with the prospect in order to identify opportunities within our target markets. The Lead Development Representative will use a high-touch, strategic approach to identify decision makers at prospect organizations and qualify the prospect for futher Sales interaction. Once qualified, the Lead Development Representative will initiate and schedule an introduction between our Sales Executive and the prospect. The Lead Development Representative will continue to assist the Sales Executive with follow up communication to the prospect throughout the sales cycle where necessary.

    Responsibilities

    The Lead Development Representative is responsible for supporting our Sales organization and assists in expediting the sales process by developing qualified leads for our Sales Executives.

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Drive and initiative
    • High energy
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization
    • Have strong time management skills, with the ability to follow up with multiple Sales Executives and prospects

    YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE

    • High volume business-to-business call experience
    • Demonstrated experience forming customer relationships
    • Previous Salesforce.com or other CRM experience
