Overview

THE REASON YOU WAKE UP

The Marketing Program Analyst will maintain and grow Vology’s vendor marketing programs, driving innovating campaigns and events that maximize Marketing Development Funding and generate qualified demand through the prospect and customer base. The Marketing Program Analyst will manage the process, program guidelines, support claiming, and increase funding for Marketing Development Funds. The Marketing Program Analyst will execute key marketing initiatives in coordination with our strategic vendor partners – driving demand generation, existing customer growth and thought leadership efforts. The Marketing Program Analyst will build tactical marketing plans and execute strategic programs, including maintaining Vology’s Marketing calendar, coordinating events and activities that align with Vology’s growth strategy and goals, scheduling campaigns, and ensuring consistency with demand generation outreach.

 

DEFINING SUCCESS

  • Manage and optimize the Vology Marketing Calendar and MDF relationships for all of Vology’s strategic vendor partners
  • Own the tracking and reporting of all MDF transactions to ensure program requirements are met and funding is optimized to drive demand generation
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Vendor Management teams for strategic vendor planning and creation of new and innovative campaigns to maximize program results
  • Partner with Marketing and Vendor management team to ensure the success of Vology and strategic partner customer and prospect events
  • Collaborate with Sales, Vendor Management, Finance, and other Vology teams to ensure financial results from MDF programs are properly tracked and fulfilled
  • Utilize our marketing automation system and CRM to report on program success and pipeline growth, steering program direction and increasing executive visibility and decision making

 

GETTING THROUGH THE DOOR

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex business relationships and driving successful programs tied to marketing plans
  • Ability to effectively manage a marketing calendar, multiple relationships and projects and work in a fast-paced marketing team
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
  • Have a deep understanding of vendor marketing programs and compliance, including understanding of deadlines, claims process, and tracking of external funding sources
  • Experience working in a B2B technology organization – MDF and vendor relationship experience a plus
  • Have highly developed organizational skills as well as a strong foundation using program reporting tools (Excel, Pardot, Salesforce.com)
