THE REASON YOU WAKE UP
The Major Account Executive will focus on building relationships with our top customers in a specific market to drive sales growth. The Major Account Executive will use a high touch, strategic approach to truly understand our customers’ business and be their trusted advisor in Storage, Networking, Virtualization, and Services.
- Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our top customers in a specific market
- Leverage strategic relationship with leading IT Manufacturers and Platinum partners
- Develop a true understanding of customer’s current and future needs related to technology and align Vology’s value proposition to it
- Establish and execute sales strategies for existing customers to drive sales growth within account
- Partner with customer to understand new opportunities within the account, and makes recommendations on the best solutions for the customer
- Collaborates internally with the Account Manager, Sales Support, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet the customers’ requirements
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and quickly escalates potential issues for quick resolution
GETTING THROUGH THE DOOR
- Previous account management experience preferred.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to build and maintain long term relationships.
- Drive, initiative, high energy.
- Have a consultative approach in forming customer relationships.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally.
- Strong sense of urgency and time management to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of issues, and resolve it using available resources.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required
