THE REASON YOU WAKE UP

The Major Account Executive will focus on building relationships with our top customers in a specific market to drive sales growth. The Major Account Executive will use a high touch, strategic approach to truly understand our customers’ business and be their trusted advisor in Storage, Networking, Virtualization, and Services.

 

DEFINING SUCCESS

  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our top customers in a specific market
  • Leverage strategic relationship with leading IT Manufacturers and Platinum partners
  • Develop a true understanding of customer’s current and future needs related to technology and align Vology’s value proposition to it
  • Establish and execute sales strategies for existing customers to drive sales growth within account
  • Partner with customer to understand new opportunities within the account, and makes recommendations on the best solutions for the customer
  • Collaborates internally with the Account Manager, Sales Support, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet the customers’ requirements
  • Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and quickly escalates potential issues for quick resolution

 

GETTING THROUGH THE DOOR

  • Previous account management experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to build and maintain long term relationships.
  • Drive, initiative, high energy.
  • Have a consultative approach in forming customer relationships.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of issues, and resolve it using available resources.
  • Non-smoker
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required
